Nacho and I had originally intended to begin our CDT hike in Northern Canada to incorporate the Great Divide Trail into the trip, but bailed about 100 miles into the GDT due to unforeseen amounts of bushwhacking. It wouldn’t be until 2010 until I would head back to finish the Great Divide Trail. When I finished the Divide on Oct 10th, I went back to Silver City and met up with my friend Trauma to finish out his 10,000mi hike together.
